• Advised a renowned hedge fund to become one of the earliest adopters of Intel and Microsoft platform in a trading environment, which resulted in significant saving in cost and improvement in productivity (1994).
• Advised one of the largest fixed-income trading firms to effectively harness number crunching power by building a distributed system using more than 200 high-end Sun workstations (1994).
• Advised one of the largest banks on using Cray supercomputing platform to provide near real-time sensitivity analysis for its global portfolio, which gave the client significant competitive advantage in managing risk exposures (1995).
• Advised the world’s largest custodian bank on creating an electronic currency trading network to address and capitalize on the funding and hedging needs of its worldwide clients.  The project cost was paid for within a month by significantly increasing internal cross trades and improving hedging (1995).
• Advised one of the largest and oldest exchanges in the US on migrating to an all electronic trading platform (1996).
• Advised the steering committee of the Financial Information Exchange (FIX) protocol.
• Advised a leading ISP on creating a supercomputing platform by harnessing the computation power of millions of desktop computers.
• Advised a global equity trading firm on consolidating their trading systems to capitalize on the order flow and cross trade opportunities among its global offices and clients.
• Advised a global insurance processor on computerizing the laborious and tedious paper-based insurance administration process, which has led to significant increase in efficiency and accuracy.
• Advised a leading next-generation Business Process Outsource (BPO) firm on technology architecture to deliver real-time outsourced service for clients in major financial centers.
