Ian Mcalister, Director of Business Technologies and Operations (Europe), has over 20 years of business and technology experience in US, Europe and Asia. Ian is an expert in process re-engineering and decision optimization. He advises clients in financial services and telecommunications sectors across a range of strategy, technology, operations issues. For more than two decades, he has helped many premier global clients, including Royal Bank of Scotland, Bank of England, HSBC, Royal Navy, Marks & Spencer and Jardine Metheson, in transforming businesses by redesigning core business processes both in the front office and in the back office operations.
Ian graduated from University of Cambridge.

John Huge, Director of Business Technologies and Operations (North Americas), is a pioneer and expert in data analysis and business intelligence. For over 15 years, John has been helping clients in finance, telecom, logistics and retail to find intelligent information from massive amount of raw data. John has built some of the largest data warehouses and analytical tools for clients including GE, Dell, WalMart, Starbucks, GM, Toyota and AIG.
John graduated from the University of California with a Ph.D. in Mathematics.

Clifford Tse, Director, has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry and has extensive international working experience in the North Americas, Europe and Asia.
Clifford graduated with 4 degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and was a researcher at Xerox PARC, MIT Laboratory of Computer Science and MIT Artificial Intelligence Laboratory where his research focused on developing language and compiler technology for massively parallel supercomputing. Clifford is well respected on Wall Street for developing sophisticated computational analytics using supercomputing technologies and building some of the fastest trading engines for top-tier trading firms. He was one of the original contributors for the Financial Information eXchange (FIX) protocol and developed pioneering Internet systems including the first electronic futures and options trading platform for one of the largest stock exchanges, and the first global IP-based FOREX transaction system for one of the largest banks in the world. Clifford also helped found Juno Online Services which in 4 years became one of the largest email and internet service providers in the US with over 36 millions users. Clifford was previously the Strategic Advisor at Jardine Fleming Securities, one of the most eminent finance firms in Asia Pacific and advised the firm’s management committee on developing a unified regional trading infrastructure and creating a pan-regional third-market exchange.
Clifford is a member of the national honor societies Tau Beta Pi, Sigma Xi and Eta Kappa Nu, and professional bodies including ACM, IEEE, the Hong Kong Computer Society and the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers.
Clifford is responsible for formulating the business strategic direction of the group.

Diana Wong, Strategic Advisor, has over 15 years of experience in the international finance industry.
Ms. Wong graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with both undergraduate and post-graduate degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Diana was the first graduate of MIT’s accelerated 5-year master degree program which she completed in 4 ½ years. Diana was the youngest researcher in the prestige Morgan Stanley Fixed-income Research Group where she built one of the most sophisticated and advanced derivative trading systems in the world. She later took on the role as a derivative trader at BZW and Barclays Capital and worked in US, UK, Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong.
Diana has extensive interest and experience in international cultures, finance and business environments and regulations and advises the firm on issues related to the financial industry and international relations.

Yan Cheung, Director of Research & Development, graduated with Ph.D. from Newcastle University UK. Yan has over 28 years of experience in technology research and development and was an early pioneer in Computer-aided Design (CAD). In early 1980s, Yan created his own high-performance motherboard design and founded a successful business to tailor-build specialized high-end systems. Yan has extensive technology research and development experience in diversified industries including healthcare, finance, and telecommunications.
Yan is responsible for research and development of the group.

Leo Tse

Leo Tse, Director of Systems & Infrastructures Group, has over 10 years of experience in global technology infrastructure design, deployment and management, and 30-40% of pan-Asia data and voice traffic travels through systems or services managed by his team. Leo advised multinationals including Duty Free, Li & Fung Group, China Netcom, Asia Netcom, Qwest, AT&T on planning and managing global networks and disaster recovery centers. He played an instrumental role in the design and deployment of mission-critical computer systems and network infrastructures at the Hong Kong International Airport and Beijing International Airport.
Leo is a certified engineer by Cisco, Microsoft, HP, IBM and SAP.
Leo is responsible for managing the Systems & Infrastructures Group.
